* Qualification: CA/CA (SEMI QUALIFIED/FINAL). * Responsible for optimizing and enhancing effective financial monitoring and driving continuous improvements in the finance function. * Drive, quantify and track margin enhancement and savings projects and evaluate risk and opportunities on margin, challenging inefficiencies. Responsible for compiling and filing of the annual financial statements. * Assist with pricing decisions. Provide leadership to the Companies Finance and Profit strategy, to optimize the companies financial performance and strategic position. * Take overall control of the companies accounting function. Responsible for monthly, quarterly, and ad hoc reporting and variance analysis. Analyzing the business and financials. * Ensure that company Financial and IT systems are robust, compliant and support current activities and future growth. Handling full set of accounts, prepare accounts analysis, final year end accounts for auditors.
