* Work Hours: Morning Shift – 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM (* Rotational Week Off). * Language Requirement: Must be able to read, write and speak in Tamil Key Responsibilities: • Lead and motivate the sales team to achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets. • Manage incoming sales leads and ensure timely follow-up. • Assign leads to team members and monitor their performance. • Communicate with customers in Tamil (both verbal and written) when required. • Coordinate with the logistics department to ensure timely and accurate delivery of products. • Resolve customer issues and complaints efficiently. • Maintain sales and delivery records and prepare regular reports for management.
