Role: * Handle incoming patient enquiries from calls, WhatsApp, Instagram and ads. Explain dental treatments like implants, invisible aligners and smile design in a patient-friendly way. Follow up with leads, book consultations, maintain Google Sheets/CRM updates and coordinate with the clinic team.
