Responsibilities: • Supervise the production process and ensure that production targets are met. • Coordinate with the maintenance team to ensure that machinery and equipment are properly maintained. • Train and mentor production labor to ensure they adhere to company policies and procedures. • Monitor the products' quality and help implement measures to ensure that they meet the required standards. • Implement cost-saving measures to improve efficiency and reduce waste. • Ensure that all safety regulations are followed and that the production facility is a safe working environment.
